In 2014, Ted Jones and Jennelle Blackman-Jones established The Urban Oasis Beauty Salon and Cosmetology School was by in 2014. Combining their strengths, determination, and commitment, the duo developed the business into what it is today.
The couple and the rest of the team have steadfastly worked to stay abreast of the latest treatments, products, and technology.
