Courtney Bailey is a member of the Corporate & Commercial Department. He was called to the Jamaican Bar in 1997 and has been a partner since 2006. Courtney has practiced extensively in civil litigation with primary experience in medical negligence, defamation, and commercial litigation. His commercial litigation experience includes acting on behalf of clients in claims in relation to banking and finance, insurance and reinsurance, commercial arbitration and intellectual property.
