Founder and one of Jamaica's most well-known entrepreneurs, Ralph James, quickly revamped what was previously an apartment complex, as the demand for not only accommodation, but also conference facilities became increasingly evident.
The hotel has 75 rooms and over 2,000 square feet of conference space. Everything is designed to give each guest the feeling of a 'home away from home' coupled with the highest level of quality and service.
The Golf View Hotel has evolved in tandem with the growth of Mandeville and has blossomed into one of the most recognised hospitality providers in its area. Our excellent service was rewarded with the 2011 Manchester Chamber of Commerce Award for Hospitality.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the restaurant. The rooms aren't the best and need updating. Had a problem with roaches in the room, other than that a fairly decent hotel but not my first choice.
