Jamaica Property was established in 1964 when Jamaica's capital city was about to embark on its journey into the modern era. With an eye for location and a taste for development, entrepreneur and company founder Maurice Facey took the bold step of making several acquisitions of prime land throughout the city. Among these were properties in the city's premier residential areas and two main business districts. Armed with blueprints and a vision, the company began to construct and tenant several of the island's landmark structures, including its first high-rise office buildings.
