Jans Catering and Caribbean Institute of Hospitality are family owned and operated a business located in close proximity to the business district of Half Way Tree and its environs. We bring to you over 30 years of experience in the wedding and general catering business, and a strong team of loyal, dedicated and long-serving staff, who are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
Our service offering includes bridal bouquets, Specialty cakes (including wedding, anniversary and birthday cakes), and full service catering and banqueting facilities for weddings, bridal and baby showers, parties, receptions, funeral repasts, church banquets, business meetings, workshops, luncheons or just about any function you have in mind.
We also provide venue-only rental, off-location catering, coffee break/lunch drop-off, pizza for schools as well as a daily lunch service for employees.
CARIBBEAN INSTITUTE OF HOSPITALITY Formally Jan's School of Catering, we offer certifications which are available through NCTVET/ HEART Trust NTA and City and Guilds. Two or more certifications available under each program and we are registered with the Ministry of Education. Our Day and Evening Classes are taught by industry-experienced instructors.
