The service is more than efficient and reliable Knutsford was there in a timely manner to get me where I needed to be in times of even emergency from Kingston to Montego Bay and back.
Love KE for the convenience and comfort that it provides for cross country travel. i only have one issue, I wish the drop off point in Mandeville wasn't so far from the town or at least that they'd do a shuttle back to the town.
The bus I paid for a seat on was supposed to leave Ocho Rios for the MBJ airport at 10:35 AM . At 10:45 the bus had not moved. By 10:50 the entire bus was restless and was wondering why we had not moved and nothing was being said. Rumor soon made it back that another bus with passengers who needed to catch our bus had broken down in Negril and we had to wait for them to arrive. Hell no!!!
I got off the bus several times to ask when we would be leaving. Run a round and bullcrap. Long story short I had to act like a stupid fool to get my money back. Never shall I ride with this company again. Next time send a car for the people on the other bus and don't place an entire bus full of people in jeopardy of missing their flights.
I stood in line and watch my bus leave without me. I was told that I had to be there 30 minutes before departure. Now while waiting for two hours I saw another bus wait over 10 mins to accommodate late passengers. Now my question is, isn't my business value the same as the others???
I've used this service quite a few times & with each time it just gets better.
One of the more reliable, comfortable and safe mode to travel within the country. I travel with the Knutsford regularly and the service is normally the same......good. The drivers are very courteous. There is improvement needed in the office in order to get customers out as quickly as possible. On a whole though............Knutsford Express all the way.
