my experience was that it is difficult to actually get a cab sometimes and the operators always seem distracted. i feel like they need more operators. they do reach in good time once you get they to them though.

My cab came in under 5 minutes, I'm impressed! However, my cab did not have a red license plate, neither did it have any On Time Taxi markings as promised on the poster above, I was a bit apprehensive about getting into the vehicle because of this.

one of the best if not the best. they need more Phone lines and operator staff. getting through to them is tricky
