I BOUGHT 2 CHOCOLATE FROSTY CUPS RECENTLY AT THE BARBICAN BRANCH. I OPTED FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP. THE FROSTIES WERE NOT PALATABLE. I BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTN OF THE WORKERS AND MGER. THE MGER AND 1 OF THE WORKERS AGREED THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE SOLD AND ADVISED THE CASHIER NOT TO CASH ANY MORE OF THEM. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT GET IT, AND INSTEAD GOT 2 VANILLA FROSTIES. I DO NOT LIKE VANILLA, AND WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD GET BACK A REFUND FOR MINE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND. I'VE DISCARDED THE 2 VANILLA FROSTY, AS I'M UNCERTAIN ABOUT THE QUALITY
