My father and I visited the restaurant recently; I had the Escoveitch Fish and he had their Cream of Pumpkin Soup. The fish was beautifully seasoned and well done. Usually, due to environmental concerns, I do not eat Parrot Fish, but given the day we were having, it didn't make sense to go elsewhere. He enjoyed his soup, also. My one suggestion is that they consider replacing Parrot with another type; or, at the very least, for persons like myself, consider offering a good alternative. Big up to the chef and the waiter who really delivered excellent service. Peace and Love.
