To better serve our clients, we offer Mobile Phlebotomy services, catering to homebound patients, individuals with busy schedules, frequent orders, or transportation challenges. Our skilled and certified phlebotomists travel to patients' homes or offices, ensuring a hassle-free collection process ("We Come, We Draw, We Test"). Additionally, we conduct medicals for companies and healthcare facilities by appointment.
Our commitment to accessibility extends to our 24-hour Emergency Service, which includes weekends and public holidays. While our main laboratory operates from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, our licensed Medical Technologists are on hand to 11 of 12 Sundays, our licensed Medical Technologists are on hand to provide emergency services until 7:00 am the following day on weekdays and throughout weekends and holidays. For the convenience of healthcare providers and insurance companies, we offer electronic reporting via the BIOMEDICAL Reporting Client. Furthermore, our doctors can seamlessly access their clients' results via email. Our dedicated team comprises licensed Medical Technologists, a Scientific Officer, Technical Assistants, three Consulting Clinical Consultants, a Quality Management Consultant, and certified Phlebotomists. i was terrified of needles and i mean very terrified and one day i had a very important blood test to do and i swear to myself i wasnt going to do it i eventually went to the spanish town branch and i explained my fears for needles to the lab tech mrs.bethea stewart brown and she was such a professional that i almost went ahead an did it but i didnt so one day i was in portmore and it was the deadline for the test to be done an visited the lab there guess who i saw the same lady mrs bethea stewart brown her warm bright smile an professionalism came into play again after sitting for about 5 minutes i actually got my blood test done these people are 1 in a million fast efficent service and spectacular customer service i now have no problem taking blood tests thanks to bio medical and mrs.brown
