I love Carren Car rental. The customer service was exceptional. I admire the fact that Chris the driver was really patient. It was unfortunate that both my flights were delayed causing me the reach into Kingston about 3 hours later than planned. I was getting worried about how I would leave the airport, but low and behold Chris was out with my name on a plack card waiting. On my return I was over weight and had to take out a few things from my luggage, the driver offered to take them back for me and have someone pick them up. Where else could i get that service?The only down fall i had was that the rubbers of the passenger side of the vehicle keep coming off every time anyone sit around there, and it was set in 4 wheel drive so burn a lot of gas until i call and they fix the problem. I took off a star because of the frustration of fixing the rubber constantly. With all this said Carren Car rental is my new budget. I am there to stay.
