Dynamic Imaging Associates Limited (Dynamic) is in the coastal community of Morant Bay, St. Thomas. In 1997, Dynamic Imaging was the first imaging centre, to offer ultrasound services in Morant Bay.

Time and care are the emphasis placed on listening to patients and referring doctors and on utilising technical knowledge and experience to obtain accurate diagnoses. Ultrasounds are performed primarily by radiologists.
A radiologist is a highly specialised medical doctor who has spent years at the postgraduate level performing and interpreting ultrasounds, X-rays, CT scans and other imaging tests.
At Dynamic, ultrasound tests are done for bleeding, pregnancy, breast lumps, blood clots, abdominal or pelvic pain, gallstones, kidney stones, thyroid, prostate and testicular problems.
