Owned and operated by Olympian Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn, the facility is designed to cater to the casual gym-goer or the professional athlete looking to gain a competitive edge. Life Fit features two weight rooms, a dynamic cardio room, outdoor functional training, an aerobic/dance room and convenient changing rooms. Life Fit also features two unique amenities available to all members - a sauna and a digitised cold tub which support the body’s recovery after a strenuous workout.
