Manpower and Maintenance Services Placement Agency Limited (MMS/PA) specializes in human resource services including recruitment and placement of both temporary and permanent workers who are experienced, trained and certified in a variety of skill areas.
The agency is licensed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Jamaica for local placements. MMS/PA maintains a data bank of pre-screened, skilled personnel ready for assignment to different positions. In cases where requested skill categories are absent from the data bank, additional methods including advertising, web-based posting and other search mechanisms are employed to ensure that persons with the relevant skills are identified and recruited.
All applicants undergo vetting by in-house staff with wide human resource management and industrial relations experience
