Phoenix Veterinary Clinic specializes in Medical & Surgical Care, Dentistry, Pet Foods & Supplies, Hospitalization & Boarding, Grooming, X-Rays & Lab Services and Tattoo ID & Microchip. The Phoenix Veterinary Clinic was established by Dr Vincent Lopez in the 1970's. The clinic is named after its location at 1 Phoenix Avenue. Phoenix quickly became a household name in veterinary care in Kingston and developed a reputation for caring and professional service. Dr Sarah Wilkinson-Eytle joined this team in 1994 shortly after coming to Jamaica from her native Guyana and continued to develop and build on Dr Lopez's ethic of excellence in patient care. When Dr Lopez decided to retire in 2007, he left his practice to the capable hands of Dr Wilkinson-Eytle.
In 2011 Phoenix added a new location at 73 Westminister Road, branded as Phoenix VetCare. The clinic has expanded and added a professional mobile service. Our services include: pet boarding, pet grooming, medical and surgical care, heartworm prevention, obedience training, tick and flea control, tattooing, vaccinations, day care, teeth cleaning, engraved pet tags, allergy testing, commercial work, emergency services, residential work and house calls. There have been many changes along the way, but through it all the Phoenix VetCare teams continues to represent the best in compassionate, personalized and quality veterinary care in Jamaica.
