I would like for you to know that Demesha went out of her way to ensure our comfort was not only met but exceed. I went to her at the front desk with a room issue and she made it happen and corrected the situation immediately. She smiled the entire time and never, never did she have a cross word or lose her smile and had the best can do attitude. I would like to add a special thank you and a large pat on the back for a front desk Gentelman, who from day one always smiled and asked about our vacation. He went out of his way to ensure we where happy and comfortable. I never seen him not smile even when he heard about the death of his Grandmother, he continued to ask about our vacation and would talk to us as if we where the most important thing in his life, the young man is named Clintest. By far the most professional and respectful members of your great resort.
