The Jamaica Productivity Centre (JPC) is the national organisation responsible for promoting and facilitating productivity improvement in Jamaica. It advocates the need for more efficient and effective modes of operation at the individual, firm and industry levels. JPC is a tripartite organisation sponsored by the Government of Jamaica (GOJ), The Jamaica Employers' Federation (JEF) and the Jamaica Confederation of Trade Unions (JCTU). This partnership reinforces the principle that growth in the national economy can best be achieved with the alliance and full cooperation of government, management and the labour force.
