The Craft House, also known as The National Handicraft and Cottage Industry, came into being by an act in parliament on the 26 February 1982. The mission is to provide leadership in the overall development of the craft industry. We feel that empowerment of our people in the creative arts produces productive entrepreneurs, which assists in the growth and development of the industry, our people and the country.
