Baron Foods Limited represents a dynamic and reputable manufacturing company with plants located in St. Lucia and Grenada.
A well-recognised brand, we currently manufacture over 150 products, certified against FSSC 22000:2010. Our product line includes exotic and gourmet sauces, condiments, spices, flavourings, lowfat mayonnaise, salad dressings and drink cocktails.
As an export-oriented company, we also serve markets in the USA, Canada, Europe, Guyana and the entire English, French and Dutch speaking islands of the Caribbean. We also cater to the needs of contract packaging and private labelling markets.
Established by CEO Ronald Ramjattan, operations commenced in November 1991 with 15 employees in St. Lucia at the Vieux Fort Industrial Estate. Since then, our staff complement has expanded to over 100 employees across its plants located in St. Lucia, Grenada and soon-to-be, Trinidad.
We boast a young, vibrant and motivated staff of highly trained, qualified and experienced personnel. Each of whom is committed to meeting the ever-changing tastes of both the local and international markets. Additionally, maintaining our commitment to world-class manufacturing, we critically and continuously analyse and improve our performance standards in our quest for excellence. All our manufactured products are FDA compliant.
