My Chain Saw stop working, it said in the manual to bring it to the authorized Stihl dealer, so I did. After paying $45 deposit i was told it takes up to 5 days, no problem, when i called on the 5th day i was told that, that I need new cylinder with the piston, I said ok No problem and the reply was but they don't have it and it will take months to get it, so I decided to take it back. After I hired a mechanic he find out that there is parts missing, so i called back and of course they forgot to put it back. Now I spend $300 on mechanic and 2 hours of driving I asked for reimbursement for the deposit when i did that the guy behind the desk smiled at me like I'm stupid or something.

I LOST WHOLE DAY TONS OF $$$ AND THE GUY IS LAUGHING AT ME???
WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
Looks like that's what they doing all the time, my mechanic put the missing parts AND THE SAW WORKS!
