Hylyne Poultry Farm LTD. was established in November 2000, by Mr. Fleming P. James. As a young boy growing up in Saint Lucia, Mr. James family operated a hatchery. His early experiences shaped his understanding of the poultry industry, particularly the high consumption of chicken, of which majority was being imported.
This helped nurture his vision, to be able to meet the high demand for chicken locally, while also providing consumers with a healthy choice.
Fifteen years later ,Mr. James has overcome numerous challenges in his quest to provide high-quality, locally grown, chemical and hormone-free poultry, while also creating employment opportunities for locals, in the agricultural industry.
