Founded in St Lucia in 1979, Madho Beepat, an entrepreneur of Guyana, built Saint Lu Metal & Plastic Manufacturers Ltd, later rebranded to Saint Lu Metal Works Ltd.
Initially a garment factory, the company has become the leading supplier of aluminium windows and doors in St Lucia, with offices in the north and south of the island.
