There is a young lady that works in the customer service area she answers the phone when you call. This lady has been very rude to myself and my entire family. She has been spiting us by lieing to us saying the container is not open and shouting down on people. She has ended the call twice on my family after kissing her teeth. We will call and just give the name of the person goods we are inquiring about before we can even finish she will either say the container is not open yet or hasn’t reach yet after being told from the shipping agency in the UK it has reach since a week ago and the container is already open 2 days ago. This young lady is very rude and bad for business has no customer etiquette and do not know how to be patient because she has a temper. No one use this company because if that woman does not like you she will spite you telling you that ur goods haven’t arrive and they have. I am a regular customer but I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of your employee
