National Properties Limited is wholly owned by the government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Its primary function is the management of real estate on behalf of the state. Properties under management are suitable for a variety of purposes.
1. Tourism Development - Bequia, Mount Wayne and Peters Hope.
2. Urban Development - Arnos Vale and various sites around Kingstown.
3. Industrial Development - Camden Park and Diamond Industrial Estates.
4. Agriculture - Rabacca and Peters Hope Farms.
National Properties is also responsible for Cobblestone Inn and Sunsail Hotels, Shrewsbury House, and is a stakeholder in Vincyfresh (Winfesh in SVG).
The company's activities, among other things, also helped with the construction of the Argyle International Airport.
