It’s almost time for the Bahamas Carnival, which will take place from 5 to 7 June 2025 in Nassau. During the season, everyone celebrates Caribbean culture, an impressive fusion of music and exciting activities. This annual event attracts regional, local, and international visitors who immerse themselves in soca, dancehall, and Junkanoo music.

The Bahamas Carnival has various bands offering fantastic costumes and packages. Some bands you will see during the carnival parade include Bahamas Masqueraders, Euphoria Madness Carnival Band, Mas Khaos Carnival, Insane Avengers, Island Rhythms Mas Band, and Hypnotic Mas Band.

2025 Bahamas Carnival Events

Here’s a quick breakdown of this year’s carnival parties and events.

4 June: The Soca Link Up begins at 9pm and ends at 11pm at Flamingo’s Bar & Lounge.

5 June: The 22^nd Annual International Soca Awards takes place in Fort Charlotte from 7pm to 3am.

5 June: Dutty Crew J’ouvert. Get details of this event on the Bahamas Carnival Instagram page, @bahamascarnival.  

6 June: Just a Lime, a tropical wake-up party, will be held at Flamingos Bar & Lounge from 10am to 3pm.

6 June: La Vie – Welcome to Paradise premium all-inclusive day fete is at Kamalame Place from 4pm to 11pm.

6 June: Moving Cooler Fete is at Prince George Wharf from 7pm to 9:30pm.

7 June: The Bahamas Carnival Parade will assemble at the Andre Rodgers Baseball Stadium at 10am.

8 June: The Socanoo Flag Party will be at #6 Fowler Street from 8pm to 3am.

8 June: Sauchis & Grits Brunch at 10am.

8 June: Waves Foam Boat Ride takes place from 1:30pm to 4pm, with boarding at noon. The boat departs at 2pm.
