Who Will Be Crowned Miss World Barbados 2023? Attend the Coronation Ceremony and Find Out!

The next Miss World Barbados will be crowned at a lavish coronation ceremony on 11 March at The Walled Garden Theatre in the Barbados Museum and Historical Society.
Six young ladies are vying for the title this year. They are Rhenea Gaskin (21), Chloe Millar (23), Katiana Worrell (21), Cya Layne (21), Ashley Carrington (23), and Junea Harris (19).
The contestants began their journey to the Miss World stage in 2022. They have been given training in runway, presentation, and project development and have also participated in community events and activities.
Director of Miss World Barbados, Rodney Powers, told local media he was “proud” of the finalists. He said: “There are six gorgeous, intelligent, and talented young women vying for the 2023 crown and title and we could not be more proud of their growth and development so far. We’re immensely grateful for all the support we’ve received.”
The coronation gala will feature a sumptuous cocktail reception with live entertainment starting at 7pm. Tickets are $100 (BBD) and available for purchase from all Ticket Nation box offices and online and TicketNation.bb.
Contestants will be awarded prizes in several categories including Top Model, Miss Congeniality, Evening Gown, Beauty with a Purpose, and Best in Swimwear. The final segment will be a Question & Answer session.
The winner will attend the 71st Miss World competition which will be held in the United Arab Emirates.
