Caribbean Food Made Easy by Levi Roots

Original Flava Caribbean Cookbook: Authentic & Modern recipes 2017 by Shaun & Craig McAnuff

Shaun and Craig McAnuff are two brothers from South London with Jamaican heritage who were taught to cook by their mother.

The McAnuff’s gained a following for their cooking after posting a series of one-minute videos on YouTube showing people how to create simple but tasty Caribbean dishes.

Their debut Caribbean cookbook has over 70 ‘authentic and modern’ Caribbean recipes. It also includes, “tricks and tips in the kitchen, funny and inspiring family stories and an insight into Caribbean food and cultural in South London.”
