Belize International Yoga Festival

The annual Belize International Yoga Festival takes place on Saturday, 1 December.
The festival encourages positive community engagement, wellbeing and mindfulness. An all-day schedule of yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices includes:
- Restorative yoga.
- Hatha yoga.
- Airbender yoga.
- Sattva yoga.
- Power Vinyasa.
- Yoga Nidra.
- Yoga for Diabetes.
- Guided meditation for self-healing.
- Mindfulness meditation.
- Cyclic meditation.
The event is family friendly and alcohol-free. Proceeds will benefit the hosting organisation, Rhythms of Change Belize.

Date: 1 December 2018; 6am to 6pm.
Venue: Harbour View Gardens, Fort Street, Belize City.
Cost: $10 BZE Day Pass; children under 13 enter for free.
