Cashew Fest in Belize

An annual festival for foodies that focuses on the versatile fruit of the cashew tree will showcase innovative ways to enjoy cashews. Head to the nut’s Belizean home in Crooked Tree, and sample local dishes while you enjoy live musical entertainment.

22 to 27 May – BTB Love Belize Sea Challenge

This is a 190-mile kayaking challenge that stretches from the southern end to the northern tip of Belize. Enter the four- day race with a team of four, or watch from the shore.

24 to 26 May – Toledo Cacao Festival

Taste the delicious local cacao of the Toledo district at this three-day festival. You can also sample wines, tour cacao farms and enjoy a music competition.
