Join Union Grill and Bar for a gourmet Spanish cuisine dinner on Thursday 17 November at 7pm. The evening dubbed ‘A Night in Madrid’ will feature a delightful five-course tasting menu with Cava and wines.
Some of the enticing items on the evening’s menu include roast monkfish, chorizo, spiced white beans paired with La Marimerena, Albarinho, 2018 and short rib of beef, Pedro Ximenez reduction potatoes ‘Panadera’, with purple asparagus and Silvestres, Priorat, Catalonia, 2018.
End the night with dessert, a pear and membrillo tart, with oloroso and cherry syrup and Lustau East India Solera Sherry.
