Ring in the new year in style and with delicious food this year in one of the fantastic restaurants in Cayman that are having New Year’s Eve special dinner parties. It is that time of year to get dressed up and make new memories while reminiscing on all that transpired in 2021.

This New Year’s Eve guide will provide options for speciality dinner menus at some of the best restaurants in Cayman so you can enjoy one last hurrah for the year.

Union Bar and Grill

Menu:

Three-courses:

Tuna tartare, avocado, melon and cucumber gazpacho

or

Lobster and mango cocktail, coconut and lemongrass, tobiko

Smoked duck carpaccio, pickled blackberries, Chambord dressing

or

Beef tenderloin tartare, confit yolk, garnishes, sourdough toast

Pan-seared red snapper, Mediterranean vegetables, pesto cream sauce

or

Braised lamb shank, pomme puree, dark stout and raisin reduction

or

Pork tenderloin, cauliflower puree, spiced red cabbage, potato croquette, orange port jus

Five-courses:

Hot appetiser: handmade black tortelli filled with crab, saffron cream, tomato confit

Middle course: branzino-jumbo shrimp roll, celeriac puree, glazed asparagus tips, crispy bacon

Main course: Barolo braised veal cheek, truffled scalloped potatoes, porcini and champignon, natural glaze

Dessert: toasted almond semifreddo, orange crumbs, dark chocolate creme anglaise

Fireworks At Camana Bay

There will be fireworks display show at Camana Bay, overlooking the harbour starting at 8pm.

Why not book make a dinner reservation at a restaurant close by so you can eat before, during or after the fireworks display?

2022 Boogie Nights

The Wharf is presenting Boogie Nights 2022, kicking off at 8.30pm. Dance to the sounds of the 60s, 70, 80 and some 90s until 2.30am.

Tickets cost CI $25 for general entry and CI $150 for VIP Lounge Admission (limited).
