Beloved Cayman Cookout, hosted by Chef Eric Ripert, returns to the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman for 2019

This week, the culinary event of the year returns to Grand Cayman.

The Cayman Cookout, hosted by Eric Ripert, will take place from 16 to 20 January at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman on Seven Mile Beach. Culinary experts, bloggers, and foodies from around the world will gather to celebrate the art of cuisine and beverage.

An exciting lineup of culinary masters and beverage experts will make appearances at the event. Some of the headliners include Emeril Lagasse, José Andrés, Dean Max, and Dominique Crenn.

Events cover a range of experiences, from wine tastings with established vineyards to afternoon tea, and chef competition brunches. The weekend closes with the Great Gala, with a delicious dinner at Ripert’s Ritz Carlton restaurant, Blue, prepared by the event’s headlining chefs.
