Cayman Cookout 2018

The Cayman Cookout is the kick-off event for a multitude of foodie activities for everyone around the Cayman Islands to enjoy. Food connoisseurs from around the world will come together to share succulent creations that they have mastered over the years. The Cayman Cookout will take place from 10th to 14th January.
There are around 45 events that surround the Cayman Cookout including: wine auctions, mixologist shows, champagne tasting, private jet get-aways, the Barefoot BBQ, beach bashes, lunches, the art of BBQ, amateur chefs duelling in a live cook-off, plus lots more!
Hosted by Chef Eric Ripert, special guests for the event include Anthony Bourdain, and José Andrés, along with a team of guest chefs from the Ritz Carlton, international wine experts, international and local master chefs plus talented mixologists.
There are exclusive packages available that include private flights to the sister islands, an overnight stay, tastings and one on one interaction with a featured chef.
