Are you hungry? Keen to find a new restaurant to try? Then look no further than caymanrestaurants.com.

This site is more than a restaurant directory, it’s a network, a place where people come to learn the latest culinary industry trends, epicurean tips, chefs’ profiles, recipes, videos, specials, coupons and much more.

To coincide with the website’s launch, caymanrestaurants.com, a division of Yello Media Group, is the title sponsor of Cayman Restaurant Month.

Head of Brand and Communications for Yello Media Group, Eileen Keens, revealed, “Restaurant Month focuses on promoting local restaurants, which aligns perfectly with our commitment to helping our customers and restaurant owners to drive foot traffic to their business.

We are currently providing all participating restaurants with a free profile on the site and other exciting promotional opportunities. We will be adding more restaurants to the website daily until we showcase all of the restaurants across the Cayman Islands.”

The website currently features over 30 restaurants, eateries, pubs, bars, and cafes.

“I encourage all residents to support the dining community during this challenging time by celebrating this culinary offering at an unbelievable price point,” added Ms Keens.

Mr Jay Erhart, Executive Director of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association, said CITA was excited that so many establishments are taking part in Restaurant Month 2021.

“The chefs and restaurant talent we have here in Cayman are second-to-none and they deserve all the support and praise we can give them. The past 18 months has been a challenging time for the hospitality sector, so we look forward to facilitating this event and to continuing to do all we can to support our local restaurants,” he said. “We thank the event’s generous sponsors for coming on board to help us further our reputation as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean.”

While some restaurants have been hit hard by the effects of the closure of our borders and had to make the painful decision to close, the local culinary community has also witnessed the opening of new restaurants.

Juliette Heath, a writer for Caymanrestaurants.com added, “Over the past couple of months, I’ve had the pleasure of interviewing restaurant owners and chefs and sampling their dishes. There is so much talent here combined with a genuine passion for cooking.”

Caymanrestaurants.com is geared towards those who are passionate about food, who are not just looking for something to eat, but want an experience.
