Join The Nationwide Stride Against Cancer 2023 To Support the Cayman Islands Cancer Society

The Nationwide Stride Against Cancer 2023 organised by the Cayman Islands Cancer Society is back on Sunday 29 January 2023 at Seven Mile Beach. This is the organisation’s largest fundraising event. The funds raised will help finance the Society’s programmes and activities.
Stride Against Cancer typically has over 1,300 participants and more than 100 volunteers taking part in the walk/run in George Town and the Mini Stride on North Side. The events are non-competitive.
The event attracts people of all ages and reflects the diversity of our Caymanian community. It is a family-friendly event.
The day’s events start early on Sunday morning.
6am – 13-mile full marathon
6.30am – 6.5-mile quarter marathon
You can also join in for Mini Stride on the North Side. Beginning at Kaibo at 7am, the Mini Stride on North Side is a total distance of approximately 6.5 miles (3 1/4 miles to Old Driftwood and 3 1/4 miles back to Kaibo).
Breakfast and raffle are included!
The registration fee is CI$30. Corporate registration for 10 people and over is CI $25 per person.
