Danielle Watler is a Jamaican born designer, model, actress and businesswoman. With a unique style all her own, you can’t miss Danielle’s curly locks or eye-catching style while she’s out and about in Cayman. Danielle shares with us some of her fashion favourites.

What would you wear for a night out on the town?
I am definitely a high-waist, fitted jeans, cute top and a nice pair of heels kind of girl.

What would you wear for work?
Pencil skirt or ankle fit pants with a blouse tucked in. I keep a pair of heels hidden under my desk or in my car only if and when needed. I am all about comfort at work – especially when it comes to my feet.

Describe your style in three words:
Bohemian, unpredictable and striking.

Do you make/design any of your own personal clothing?
Not as much as I used to but hope to change that soon.

Where do you get your hair styled?
I rarely style my hair; most times I will just leave it out or throw in a bun. I bounce around different salons in Cayman depending on what I want done. My last stop was The Salon in Galleria Plaza for a blow dry and colour. Vintage is great for that as well.

Where do you shop for clothes in Cayman?
Wuaves Fashion – I always walk out with something.

Heels or flats?
I wear heels on the town and flats throughout the day.

Lights or darks?
Tough one, but I’d have to go with lights. Give me army green, nudes or whites any day.

How do you normally wear your hair?
Wild – the bigger the curls, the better.

If I looked in your closet now, what would I see?
You would see a lot of swimwear, shoes, bold pieces of statement jewellery and outfits that would probably make you wonder where I would wear them to twice.
