We love our pets. They are family members, and we want to include them in our everyday activities as much as possible. From family vacations to lunches with friends and special pet-friendly events, the Cayman Islands offers places where you and your furry companion will feel welcomed.

Pet-Friendly Resorts

Plan a staycation for your whole family that will include your pets. These resorts are dog friendly and so you can plan your next holiday getaway right here on the island.

Kimpton Seafire Resort and Spa

The Kimpton Seafire Resort and Spa offers pet-friendly amenities that include loaned pet beds for guests, pet food, water bowls and mats. They offer courtesy bags for walking your dog and you will get door hangers to alert hotel staff and other guests that you have your beloved pet with you during your stay at the resort.

The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa

Pets are welcome at the Westin Grand Cayman and you can have your pet stay with you if they are up to 40 lbs. However, you can only have one pet per room.

Sunshine Suites Resort

The Sunshine Suites Resort has some pet-friendly suites available so ask for one when you book your next stay. There’s a limit of one pet per suite for a maximum of seven nights. If you bring your pet, a fee of US$100 will be charged at check-in time for cleaning and deodorising.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Our colleagues over at Cayman Restaurants have an article called Cayman’s Dog Friendly Restaurants that we highly recommend you read.  Some of the welcoming restaurants include Union Grill, Gelato and Co., Tomfoodery, Rackams and Macabuca.

Pet Events

There are also options to have fun, family-friendly events with your pets. One Dog At A Time hosts several dog-friendly activities throughout the year such as Yappy Hour and One Dog Jog. And The Humane Cayman Society has seasonal activities including the Wag and Walk 5km.
