Cracked, fritters, salad, conch wontons? How many ways to eat conch can you name?

On 24 November, Turks and Caicos goes even crazier for conch than usual with the annual Conch Festival at Three Queens Bar and Beach in Blue Hills.

At the 15th annual Turks and Caicos Conch Festival, local restaurants will be showing how versatile this shellfish is. Conch will be prepared in every way imaginable and some maybe you wouldn’t have imagined.

Chefs go all out for the Conch-e-tition vying for the title of the best conch chef on the island so make sure that you show up hungry.

It’s a celebration of all things conch, the nation’s national symbol, favourite food, and number one export. There is plenty of food, fun, games, and music.

The Conch Festival began in 2004 as a way to attract visitors to the settlement of Blue Hills on the north coast of Provo, away from the developed Grace Bay area. And, it’s grown into one of Turks and Caicos’ most highly anticipated events.
