Reggae Sumfest 2025: Seven Days. Seven Events. One Festival

Maintaining the status as the largest and best reggae festival in Jamaica and the Caribbean is no easy feat, but Reggae Sumfest has managed to keep raising the bar, doing just that. This annual event continues to attract locals and international visitors, who flock to Montego Bay for an explosive showcase that includes seven days of exciting events. This year’s festivities are from 13 to 19 July 2025. Let’s look at what to expect.
2025 Reggae Sumfest Events

Family Fun Day
Location: Catherine Hall Stadium Grounds, Montego Bay.
Date and time: 13 July 2025, 10am to 6pm.
This event is hosted by Trippple X, with music by Di Unit, DJ Collison, and DJ Lollipop. Admission is free before noon, but expect to pay an entry fee after. Some highlights of this event include free medical, dental, and optical care courtesy of Hospiten. You also have the chance to win sponsor prizes.

Street Dance
Location: Catherine Hall Stadium Grounds, Montego Bay.
Date and time: 14 July 2025, 7pm to 2am.
Energetic music, good vibes, and an electrified atmosphere make a street dance memorable. This event promises to be exciting, with Tripple X, Bishop Escobar, ZJ Liquid, DJ Tom and Reavas, and Johnny Cool bringing the vibes. The Game Zone will have dominoes, drinking, Ludi, and eating competitions. Admission is free.

All White
Location: Pier 1 Restaurant and Bar, Montego Bay.
Date and time: 15 July 2025, 7pm to 2am.
Get ready for a wild night on the bay at the Reggae Sumfest All-White Party. Featuring the best of the 80s to early 2000s, you can dance the night away. Blitz
Location: Catherine Hall Stadium Grounds, Montego Bay.
Date and time: 16 July 2025, 7pm to 2am.

Global Fete
Location: Catherine Hall Stadium Grounds, Montego Bay.
Date and time: 17 July 2025, 7pm to 2am.
Global Fete is a fusion of reggae, dancehall, soca, and mash-ups. This high-energy event features performances by Moliy, Yung Bredda, and Marcy Chin. With music by Coppershot, Richie Ras, Fyah Man and DJ Gabby and a sound clash with Tony Matterhorn and Notorious Sound, you won’t want to miss it.

Fest Night 1
Location: Catherine Hall Entertainment Centre, Montego Bay.
Date and time: 18 July 2025, 7pm.
Boasting some of Jamaica’s most prominent names in dancehall, Festival Night 1 promises to be a full-blown dancehall takeover. Some artists taking the stage include Vybz Kartel, Masicka, Skeng, Tommy Lee, Shaniel Muir, Dyani, Jamal, Govana, and Laden. Prepare for pure, unfiltered entertainment and an unforgettable experience.

Fest Night 2
Location: Catherine Hall Entertainment Centre, Montego Bay.
Date and time: 19 July 2025, 7pm.
Although Festival Night 2 culminates the festival, it will be a cultural explosion worth experiencing. Get ready for authentic Jamaican culture, electrifying performances, and memorable experiences. Toni Braxton, Tarrus Riley, IWayne, Fantan Mojah, Protoje, Lila Ike, Bugle, and Pressure Buss Pipe will set the stage on fire, keeping the audience entertained and satisfied.
