Finding a gym where you feel comfortable and supported, can be good motivation to get fit especially if you are now starting out on your wellness journey.

Located in Choc Bay, Castries, BFiT758 is an open gym, focused on ‘Lifestyle CrossFit’ training with knowledgeable and highly experienced instructors. Some other BFiT programmes include intense training, sculpting, and mobility.
BweelzFitLifestyle in Castries was founded by coach Simeon Hippolyte. On the gym’s website, Simon says his “goal – and life passion – is to help others positively change their lifestyle in the most realistic and simplest way possible.”
Certified trainer Todd Willie opened Storm Caster Fitness after realising there weren’t many gym options available in Choiseul. Todd works one-on-one with members to create a customised plan based on their individual needs.
Marvelous Motivations Health and Wellness Center
Founded by Prince Wayne, ‘Marvelous Motivations Health and Wellness Center’ in Dennery, is one of the newest fitness facilities on the island. Prince also hosts a range of community-based wellness activities to raise money for local charities.
Dance Fit Soca Sweat is where “dance meets fitness”. Everyone is welcome to attend a session at the facility in Micoud, where easy to follow routines help members shed calories while also having a great time.
Situated in Bois d’Orange in Rodney Bay, Vel’s Fitness Centre is open every day at 4.30am for those who like to get their workout started early. A range of instructor led classes are also on offer for people of all shapes and sizes.
Laborde’s Gym in Castries gives members access to aerobics and weight training as well as various group sessions designed to motivate and get members from flabby to fit!
