Scotland’s Veterinary Services Ltd
Based in Castries, Scotland’s Veterinary Services offers a full range of services including surgical procedures, vaccinations, hospitalisation of sick animals, boarding, x-rays and in-house laboratory.

St Lucia Veterinary Medical Centre
The St Lucia Veterinary Medical Centre ((758) 519-0019) is a full-service mixed animal practice situated on Beausejour Road, Gros Islet and Church Street, Castries.
Staff at the centre are committed to providing quality, integrative veterinary medical care for the life of your companion or livestock. They offer compassion with an emphasis on client education and personal one-on-one attention.
The opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 7am-7pm and Sunday 8.30am-noon. Consultations are by appointment only.
Veterinarian Dr Thomas Fenton offers a wide comprehensive veterinary service from his location in Bois D’orange, Gros Islet.

The St Lucia Animal Protection Society (SLAPS)
A non-profit organisation established in 1998; the St Lucia Animal Protection Society (SLAPS) works to “educate (the public) on the importance of spaying/neutering animals to reduce the overwhelming population of stray animals and how to care/treat and look after animals properly.”
The Society employs a local vet to spay/neuter animals. It also takes care of the large number of stray dogs and cats on the island by feeding them and getting them spayed or neutered. Contact SLAPS on (758) 717-5277.
