The world class Caribbean Food and Wine Festival returns from 1st-3rd November 2018. Well known as the Turks and Caicos’ culinary event of the year, the multi-day festival will feature visiting chefs and wine professionals to delight taste buds as they combine excellent gastronomy with their love of the TCI.

Andrew Pern

At 25, British chef Andrew Pern took ownership of the Star Inn at Harome, turning it into a gastropub that champions seasonal ingredients. He is the author of two award-winning cookbooks, “Black Pudding and Foie Gras”, and “Loose Birds and Game”, and is now the managing director at the Star Inn the City (York), Mr. P’s Curious Tavern (York), and the Star Inn the Harbour (Whitby).

Shaun O’Neale

In 2017, Shaun O’Neale was crowned the winner of MasterChef (FOX) Season Seven. Since that catapulting event, he has released a cookbook, “My Modern American Table” that teaches other self-taught home-cooks how to replicate luxury dishes. Shaun is also a DJ, and has performed on the Las Vegas Boulevard for over 100,000 people.

Geoffrey Bouilly

Caribbean Market Manager of the Moet Hennessy group, Geoffrey Bouilly has been working in the luxury wine and spirits industry over 15 years. Bouilly travels the Caribbean regularly, representing the 200-year old Veuve Clicquot champagne brand and expanding its magic to new audiences.

Michael Stewart

Michael Stewart launched his Napa Valley wines in 2000 after selling the Texan technology company he’d founded and run for 25 years. Beginning with Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from some of the best vineyards in Napa Valley and Sonoma County, he now operates Stewart Cellars with his son James and daughter Caroline, bringing his long-time dream of making wine and settling in Napa into reality.

David Ramey

David Ramey founded Ramey Wine Cellars with his wife Carla in 1996. He spent 16 years making wine in Sonoma County at Matanzas Creek and Chalk Hill wineries before working for six years at wineries in Napa Valley. David is a pioneer of traditional techniques that helped shape American winemaking. He and Carla established Sidebar Cellars in 2014, which focuses on wines of different varietals such as Old Vine Zinfandel and Rosé, and he also provides consultation to clients on the North Coast.

At the Caribbean Food and Wine Festival, you can look forward to a gourmet “safari” tour to award-winning Providenciales restaurants, tasting experiences and perfectly crafted wine and food pairings. But book quickly as tickets sell out fast!
