General Coating & Insulation Services Ltd. (G.C.I.S.) is a registered Limited Liability company, founded in 1981 by the late Mr. Bertie Ramkissoon as well as his wife, the late Dora Ramkissoon. G.C.I.S. is based in Marabella in Trinidad in the West Indies, which is considered the connecting point for the industries of the southern part of the island of Trinidad.
