Dr Hyacinth Guy is the Principal Director of Hyacinth Guy Human Resource Company and provides coaching, leadership and organisational development services to organisations and individuals.

Dr Guy has strong competencies in leadership development, organisation restructuring, employee engagement, performance management, conflict management, and workforce planning. Additionally, Dr Guy has a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from NOVA Southeastern University, an MBA from Andrews University in Michigan, an MA from The Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, Netherlands, and a BSc in Social Science from the University of the West Indies.

She is a certified Human Resource Practitioner with certifications from The Human Resource Certification Institute, The Society of Human Resource Management and The Human Capital Institute. Dr Guy is also a trained personal and organisational development Life Success coach with the Proctor/Gallagher Institute and a certified Wellness coach with the Chopra Education Institute.
Dr Guy has integrated her Life, Success, and Wellness training with her other competencies to help individuals unearth latent potential and offer organisations the prospect of releasing inertia and moving into action to achieve their goals.
