Prince & Associates was founded in 1990 by Marcia Prince-Assam, who is the President of Firm. ;It is the first female owned and operated Chartered Valuation Firm in Trinidad and Tobago.

The Firm's Mission is to provide quality services that will add value to all its customers and to develop an organization to meet and maintain the global and RICS gold standards in the areas of valuation and other real estate and property related services.
